Hello, and thank you for visiting the Pocket Sized Observer shop! I am a creator of inspirational quote prints, sweet illustrations and adorable custom portraits. I look forward to getting to know you and creating you that extra special something that you or a loved one can treasure forever.

Custom portraits make wonderful gifts and are a unique way to decorate your home! They also are great for save the dates, weddings, and growing families. This listing is for a chibi custom portrait.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:
♡ JPEG file of image e-mailed directly to you.

HOW TO ORDER:
1. Purchase this listing by selecting the number of people you want in the drop-down menu.

2. Message me your JPEG photographs of the person (or people) that will be in the illustration, along with any direction/details you wish to be included in the portrait (example: theme, quotes, symbols, colours, etc.) Pets can be added to an illustration for free (up to 3 - if you need more, please message me)! Please also include eye and hair colours. The more photos you include, the better.

3. Tell me a bit about the person (or people) in the illustration, what is their personality like and what you would like them to be wearing.

If you require a portrait with more people included than what I have listed, please feel free to send me a message and we can discuss details 2024 and pricing.


TURNAROUND TIME:
All illustrations are sketched by myself on paper before scanned onto the computer and completed in Clip Studio. Before completing the illustration on the computer, you will receive a copy of the sketch for approval.

Please, allow me 3-4 weeks to create your custom portrait. Depending on the details of the portrait and the volume of orders I am receiving, this process could take 4-6 weeks, especially during big holiday seasons. This is a labor of love, so please understand that it does take some time. If it is needed by a specific date, please send me a message before purchase to make sure it is at all a possibility.


Unless requested, I may or may not decide to share your portrait via Social Media or on Etsy.
