Product code: Blue Mondaine New York Three Section 2024 Compact with Chips on the front
This is a large blue Mondaine Compact with a picture of a lady on the front. Sadly, it is also badly chipped on the front and a little on the back. Mondaine was started in the 1930's. The compact measures 3 7/8 by 3.00 inches. Inside are three spaces 2024 plus a very cloudy, but still somewhat visible mirror. The largest space on top is marked Mondaine New York USA with Paris under that. This door is on a spring, so it will snap close as soon as you let go. The space inside is clean as shown. On the left below that is a door marked Face Rouge. it has a partial pink blush in it. The wider door to the right is marked Face Powder and is clean and empty. There is no damage other than the chips and the mirror. All doors are there and working. Item:20100 Location # CM/9.
