This dress is brand new with tags and absolutely gorgeous with a cute ruffled neck and hem. I wish I had an occasion to wear it to. It comes with the belt and a slip to go under. It was originally on sale for $300 and it is now selling on their site for $240. Personally I would wear it to a nice event, a wedding, or upscale I outdoor picnic. I am selling for less because the tassel belt has a tad damage. Please see the last picture. One of the beaded balls became slightly unraveled on the end of the belt. You can put it back together or just cut it off. Other than that, this 2024 is PERFECT!.
