Victorian Era 2024 DERBY SILVER CO. Ladies Fingernail Buffer

For your consideration is this rare Nineteenth Century fingernail buffer by the Derby Silver Company. It was manufactured before the silver marking law of 1906, thus could either be sterling or plated. There is oxidation due to age, but it could polish up nicely. It measures 4.5" long, 1.5" wide, and 2.25" tall.
