Delicate Victorian pin is 14K (tested) with a green stone (may be a green tourmaline) and tiny pearls.
Closes with a safety catch that was seen on brooches from 1890-1920.
I purchased this beauty from an antique jewelry store in San Francisco in the 80's and wore it often 2024.
