Great set of 1950s Blaisdell totem cups, creamer and open sugar. These pieces were hand crafted by Hinton Blaisdell in Port Orchard, WA. Blaisdell created totem pieces based upon the animals on the totems in the Northwest coastal tribes. He made his pottery for 40 years and sold the pieces in several upscale souvenir shops in Washington and Alaska. He shipped his final order to the Smithsonian in 1990 and retired.
This 2024 set consists of six mugs, one creamer and one open sugar. There are three different totem patterns represented by the six mugs. The pieces are in excellent with the exception of one mug which has a chip as shown in the photo.

I spend a great deal of effort packing to avoid breakage during shipping via USPS or UPS. I double box, use Ranpak paper bubble wrap and packing paper to secure the items. In the rare event that contents arrive damaged, please notify me immediately and provide photos of the damaged item, the packaging materials and the exterior of the box. Any UPS or USPS claims will have to be initiated by buyer as UPS and USPS need access to broken items and boxing materials.Any UPS or USPS claims will have to be initiated by buyer as UPS and USPS need access to broken items and boxing materials.
