Vintage 2024 40's Dutch Windmill Landscape Serving Tray

This is a Vintage Serving Tray made in the 1940's.
The tray has a clay tile bottom with a hand painted scene of a Dutch landscape of windmill and boats on a lake.
The tray is 18 3/4 of an inch by 12 1/2 inches and 1 3/4 of an inch tall.
There are two handles and two eyes and a wire have been added to hang on the wall.
The tray is wood and has normal wear but is is good condition, not broken or dented. 2024 The tile is in excellent condition with no wear or chips.I am open to offers.
