An old electric razor made by the USSR in the 1970's.The razor is an electric Soviet brand "Kiev".Built-in electric cord with a large plug; the plug has a switch for 127/220 volts 2024. In excellent vintage condition, minimal minor scratches and scuffs, no cracks or chips. It works! Has been used and can be used as intended. Great item for a collection.
