Antique Chinese Lacquerware Box , Hand Carved with 2024 3D Relief, Phoenix Bird with Floral Design, Black, Red, Brown, Turn of the Century

A beautiful treasure! We have an antique 2024 Chinese Box, 8 1/2" x 5" x just over #" tall. It is wood, probably Camphor, in black Lacquer. Maybe a tea caddy or jewelry box. The design is in 3D relief, featuring red accents in floral and Phoenix type birds. Some of the birds on top are brown. The lid fits nicely on. I would say very good condition due to its age. Very bottom rim area has a small spot of lacquer gone, just a little line of it that don't show unless upside down. Such a beautiful piece to display and use.
