Othelia holds the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged, thus we recommend shipping with tracking and insurance.

For parcels that are shipped with tracking & insurance, any lost or damaged parcels can be claimed through their corresponding shipping provider.

For parcels that are shipped with NO tracking & insurance (Hellenic Post Regular Mail 2.30EUR/$2.50USD), we are not 2024 responsible for any lost or damaged parcels with no tracking & insurance.

We will not offer a refund if the parcel was returned for the following reasons:

1. The address provided by you was not correct.
2. The parcel is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.

We will offer to have the package reshipped once the parcel has been sent back to us. In that case, we will need to confirm your shipping address and the shipping & handling cost will be at your expense.
