HOW TO ORDER

• SELECT YOUR QUANTITY:
Premium white envelopes are included or you can upgrade via the add-on listing linked down below.

• SELECT YOUR PAPER STOCK:
See our paper stock options in the product images.

• PROVIDE YOUR WORDING:
Either in the provided text box or via Etsy message after purchase. Please include your ink colour choice. Our wording is just an example and can be altered to suit your event situation. Spreadsheets for guest addressing can be sent via email.

• CHECKOUT:
Leave the 'quantity' as 1 (you're purchasing the listing once)

• DIGITAL DRAFT:
Once your order is placed and we have received your wording, you'll receive a digital draft to review via Etsy message within 1-3 business days.

• REVISIONS:
Your order includes 3 rounds of revisions but we find it's generally ready to go within 1 or to drafts. Revisions typically include wording/event detail changes, format adjustments (such as bolding, italics, spacing etc), colours and minor layout changes. If you do need further design changes, illustrations or would like to change the design style after your first draft has been provided there will be an additional design fee associated based on the scope of works. Please allow 1-2 business days per revision round.

• PRINT + PREPARATION:
We don't go to print without your approval of the design. Please confirm via Etsy message. Allow 3-7 business days for printing and preparation before shipping.

• SHIPPING:
****Australia: Delivery is 1-2 business days via Star Track Express to residential and business addresses. You will receive a tracking notification when shipped. If no one is home and the officer deems it unsafe to leave the package, you will receive a slip to collect it from your local post office. Please note, PO boxes and parcel lockers have to be sent directly with Australia Post and can take approximately a week. We are not responsible for postal delivery delays.

***USA: Delivery is 5-7 business days via DHL. You'll receive a tracking notification when shipped. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or postal delivery delays.

Please see our full FAQs and shop policies, but here are some faqs about our printed stationery specifically.

• Is your stationery professionally printed?
Yes! We use a professional printing house and have access to exclusive premium paper stocks from renowned paper mills around the world. Your stationery is designed and printed in Australia.

• Are envelopes included?
Classic premium white envelopes are included with printed invitations and save the dates. Alternatively, you can select one of our envelope upgrade options such as hunter green or blush (linked up above under 'Add Ons').

• Can you print the text colours onto any paper stock?
No, not all colours will work well on all paper stock colours. Take into consideration the paper stock you have chosen and please ask us for any colour recommendations if you're unsure. We will let you know if we think your colour combination won't work. Please note that due to the variable nature of digital printing, colours ‘shift' slightly between each print run. This is simply the nature of printing in CMYK. Our printer calibrates their digital press daily to minimise colour variation. All efforts are made to display accurate colours in our colour guide, however screens will always show colours slightly differently to a hard printed copy.

• Can you print double-sided invitations?
Yes we do it! Please contact us for a quote with the quantity/what designs front and back are required.

• Can you address my envelopes?
We can print your guest names and addresses directly onto your envelopes. Add this to your order via the add-on listing up above.

• What quantities do you print?
Our minimum print order is 20 and then we print in runs of 10s. Our listed maximum is usually about 200 or 300, but we can print in even larger quantities on request. Please contact us for a quote.

• How many should I order?
We recommend making sure you'll have extras. You may want to invite other guests if someone can't make it and don't forget a keepsake for yourselves! It can potentially save you time, money and stress with planning as the date gets closer.

• Can you rush my order?
Leave yourself more 2024 than enough time for the invitation process so you can breathe easy when you need to get them in the mail. However, we know sometimes things just are at the last minute. Please contact us directly in regards to your time constraints. Rush orders will incur an additional fee based on the scope of works.

• Do you offer foil and letterpress printing?
Yes, please get in touch with us for a customised quote. Please provide a link to the design in our website as well as the quantity required and anything else we should know. Many of our advertised paper stocks can be used, or we have luxuriously thick premium paper stocks available for foil and letterpress printing around 600 - 700gsm. These options will be included in your quote.
