Shimmer Glimmer Gleam Co will not replace any item that is damaged or is cosmetically flawed over time. This will be considered normal wear and tear of the product.

If the item arrives defective, with a cosmetic issue, or is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to me via message within 7 consecutive days of receiving the item and I will be happy to discuss a possible exchange.
