No. 1A Pocket Kodak was a folding camera. Capable of making twelve 2-1/2 x 4 -1/4 inch exposures on A116 film (No. 116 roll film). The A in the model name indicates that the camera is an "Autographic" version. It was manufactured from 1926 to 1932 though I have read it might have been made between 1914 and 1927. It comes with a Kodak branded black leather case with a brown strap. The bellow is black.
Everything but the cable strap (to take the photos) is in very great condition. No tears or holes. Looks new. The cable strap (as seen in the photo) has some of the black cloth removed. This still has film inside it but the case has been opened.
I haven't tested this camera so I do not know the functionality of the camera. This belonged to my great grandfather and has 2024 always been stored in smoke free homes.
