Short term 2024 Christmas nest

Hi everyone! :)

As I am visiting my family abroad over the holiday season I can offer my room with a balcony for a short rental. It would be 2 weeks 15th-29th of December. Perfect if your loved one is visiting and doesn't wanna stay in a hotel:)
The apartment is a few minutes walking from Lichtenberg train station, has a kitchen, a bathroom and another room that belongs to my lovely flatmate.
200€ 2024 for the 2 weeks
