This is a 5 yr project that morphed into what you see, i wanted to keep tinkering but I'm infamous for messing up my art projects IM INCLUDING AN AWESOME MERMAID BONUS ITEM THATS BEEN REQUESTED BY ME FOR YRS ITS A SURPRISE She is on a 12” x 12” stretched canvas & I have added a lot of elements I sell in my listings The jewels in her tail, the small shells in her hair & the pink beach sand throughout as well as some mica I used for some custom paints & some chunky glitters to name a few Also the real tiny starfish has been hardened w Judikins glaze to help the fragile sea star stay also I used Judikins to adhere the jewels in her hair & tail I thought she may make fabulous mermaid decor for all little mermaids as well as us big mermaids too! Bathrooms, kids rooms Beach Houses Anywhere you want a majestic mermaid w some nautical coastal flair I hope to have this project tutorial put together along w many others for those who 2024 want to diy their own!
