CARAMEL COLOR BAKELITE HANDLED KNIFE SHARPENER -
FROM the 1940s - VINTAGE KITCHEN PRIMITIVE - MID-CENTURY
For more than 40 2024 years I have been collecting Kitchen Primitives - those marvelous gadgets that were in vogue years and years ago. Many items from my collection are featured in my shop at the moment. Some are family hand-me-downs; others are finds.
This marvelous Knife Sharpener from the 1940s features a beautiful Bakelite handle that is the color of caramel with a smidge of cream. The piece measures approx. 13-1/8" including the handle which is approx. 4-1/2" long and at the widest approx. 1-1/8" at the base. The sharpening part is in excellent condition.
As with all collectibles I sell, this will be shipped with Insurance.
