Soft sage in the form of magnificently faceted, eye clean, prasiolite quartz gemstones. The faceting of these gems is captivating, bringing amazing dazzle 2024 to these naturally mined beauties. Coming in at approx. 8mm round, about 3.5 cts. total, we hand set these semi-precious gems into substantial, fine quality, nickel free settings of sterling silver. We will include both sterling silver butterfly catches and silicone stoppers to hold them in place.
Often called "green amethyst", prasiolite gems are both beautiful and more durable than many other semi-precious gemstones. Like most gems of lighter color, they really need to be kept clean to exhibit their true beauty. We like to use warm water and a mild dish soap or even a quick spray with window cleaner and a warm water rinse to clean our quartz gems.
As with any earrings, it is best to apply any hair styling products and makeup prior to putting in your earrings to avoid buildup that can rob your gems of their natural sparkle.
