This gorgeous suar / acacia wooden cat is from The Mandalay Box Company in Thailand from the 1960s / 70s time frame. It is beautifully hand carved resembling a Siamese cat. I personally think he has a sweet majestic vibe to him! Can't you picture him on a mantle or shelf, amongst some hanging house spider and fern plants?!
He is in excellent vintage condition. I see no cracks or chips or any surface scratch markings. He really is stunning. Please see 2024 all pictures, all sales are final.
He is roughly 12” tall and 3.5” wide in hips.
