Antique French Linen Sheet, (flat sheet) with Monogrammed Initials in Red Cross Stitch Embroidery. Wedding, young couple Trousseau.

This flat sheet was made from 2 widths of hand loomed linen which were then joined together with very tiny, secure stitches.

I washed and ironed this sheet. It is ready for use as a 2024 sheet or for upholstery or craft purposes. Use for tablecloths, curtains, pillows or home decor. Very sturdy. This sheet has been laundered many times and is still in very good condition. A few scattered spots as shown in photos. No tears, no obvious wear spots. Light, light beige color. A mellow white, we could say.

Photo shows the sheet draped over a queen bed. It is extra long. Plenty of yardage.
Measurements: 6 ft wide x 10 ft long.

Very vintage: 100-150 years old.
