Every piece is glazed and fired at 1240°C, for extra strength and durability.

Small differences in sizes, shapes and colors between the items may occur as they are all 100% handmade by me.

Each ceramic product is formed individually by hand without using any molds and therefore have its own individual character, shape and imperfections.

All ceramic materials are lead free and food safe.
Microwave and dishwasher safe.
Hand washing is recommended to maintain the piece in its best condition.
Unglazed clay surface is not porous but it is recommended not to have frequent contact with liquids such as oil or wine, because they can leave a permanent light stain on the surface of the clay.

All items are very well packed in bubble wrap and packing peanuts, inside a cardboard box to arrive safely to you.

All shipments are done with Hellenic Post and the national postal operator in your country. This is the method that guarantees the best price and 2024 quality ratio.

As I am a small producer I don't have a big stock of items. I aim to post in-stock orders within 1-3 working days. Small custom made orders are usually ready within 3-4 weeks.

Many countries assess duties and taxes on imported packages. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees and import taxes that may apply due to their country's regulations. As far as I know shipments within the EU are not subject to customs fees and the US threshold for imports is quite high (around 800$). If you have concerns about this you must consult the regulations in your country prior to your purchase.
