This item is PRE-OWNED therefore normal wear and tear is present. Frankie is in really good condition. Unfortunately, I am unable to stick her left arm back into its socket. I think there may be a broken piece inside. Her right arm has a stress crack and is coming apart. I am not confident to perform the surgery necessary to get her back to perfection. Her hair is good, just needs a refresh. Her belt is still factory attached. She comes with 2024 shoes, purse, brush, stand and Watzit. Watzit does have a pink spot under the chin and a lighter pink spot on the back of the head. Also, there is wear present. Her elastics are gold and tight! She really is in great condition other than her arms. It appears that she was injured and left for dead so she doesn't have much wear. Please see photos.
