2024 Hand Turned Wood (Ribbon Sapele) Bowl

This hand turned bowl is made of Ribbon Sapele. This wood is remarkable for its parallel "ribbons" that 2024 can be seen in shifting light. This piece finished very nicely to a moderate luster with just some light sanding and pressed walnut oil and has a deep red color sure to catch some eyes! It is ~6.5" in diameter, ~2.4" high, and has a robust edge of ~0.2".
