Vintage Dolly Toy Co. Hot Air Balloon Lamp 18" tall Vintage plastic hot air balloon kids/nursery lamp Both 2024 lights work (bulbs not included) Please see pictures - the edging around the top of the basket is broken, a piece is missing from beside the balloon basket, and the boy is not glued down. Normal discoloration of the plastic from age The top piece does have all of the tassels intact. Selling for my aunt - she has this as a child - estimated to be from the 60's Approx 18” tall to the top of the balloon.
