Inlaid 2024 Ceramic Flower Vase

This hand built vase is made from a white stoneware clay slab which is textured with lace at the bottom. The top pattern is inlayed with another color of clay, a dark brown. The brown clay is 2024 rolled onto the white slab in a leaf pattern. Then after firing the vase is stained with a chrome oxides, and glazed with a creamy white. The result is a pale gray. Lots of steps to this one. 7"H x 4.25"W.
