This messenger is spacious enough to be a work, school or even a diaper bag! Overall, the leather is in good condition. There is some wear to the bottom corners which can be seen in the second to last photo. I have not conditioned/moisturized the leather. The adjustable strap does have some fraying which can be seen in the last photo. Dimensions: the base is 14.5 inches L and 5 inches W. At it's longest the bag is 16 inches, and it is 11 inches H.
