AMAZING, unique girls uniform top piece by Mikey Jr's of California! Royal blue long sleeve open-front top dress with beautiful floral applique of intertwined tulips in bright white. The stems extend to become the dress's waistline. The open front begins at the waist 2024 and extends the length of the piece, which opens into a flared A-line apron skirt. All edging in the same bright white. Slightly puffed shoulders. Slit cuffs. If this was part of a uniform, it was worn over pants or an under-skirt. Unlined.
**Slight small staining on lower left hem (see pic). Slit cuffs have a weak seam (see pic).
Model is a girls size 10 and has room to spare. No size tag but estimating a girls 12. Cut VERY narrow. Might be made to work for a very narrow women's XXS. Please see the flat lay measurements!
