Biron Valier (1943- ) was born in West Palm Beach, Florida. He studied at the Art Students League, Cranbrook Academy of Art and Yale University.

His work is noted for it's bold graphics and color. This piece is tilted "Caboose". Red, blue and yellow dominate the image. It is in the original frame but no 2024 glass. This is a stunning example of postmodern / contemporary art.
