Old Dentist 1957 -1958 Marijuana Opium Cocaine & Marihuana Medical Cannabis Government Pharmacy Tax Stamp 2024 Cleveland OH Ohio

A great original US government issued tax stamp for medicinal Opium, Coca Leaves & Marihuana, Etc! These documents tend not to surface too often and are historically interesting! Please see photos!

The document was issued to Joseph N. Schneider, DDS, of Cleveland, OH, in July of 1957 and expired in June of 1958..."Keep This Stamp Posted". Rarely see these issued for dentists.

The form measures 8" by 3 1/2", has a small piece off one corner and a few bends, otherwise, condition is excellent!
