A very cool vintage task lamp 2024 manufactured by Moffatt Inc. In a hard to find beige color (its actually more off white) with flexable arm, it is both stylish and useful. Plastic shade with aluminum interior reflection shade which I am going to venture to guess puts out a ton of light. Will work great with your Mid Century Modernist décor, or just about any other. New in box, never used. Comes with all mounting hardwarefor Quick Disconnect Coupler Base Type. There is no brochure or information with the light. It shows a Max 100 W incan. bulb on the attached sticker. It was owned by a gemologist who owned and used several of these for their business.
The installation hardware envelope reads:
GOEM Mounting Button for Moffatt Multi-Lamp and Move-View Magnifier. Install so that axis of button is perpendicular to the floor (either on top of or on the under side of a horizontal surface). Drill and Tap a 3/8-16 hold (5/16 tap drill) or install through a 3/8" hold using nut and washer.
It also stands on its own by curling the flexable neck as shown in photos, but this does not leave a lot of room for aiming the lamp down on the desk so it seems it should be mounted. Instead of drilling into your desk, you could mount a piece of wood on top and mount the light into that.
Dims: 4-1/2" diam at opening of lamp that tapers to 3-3/4 at the back side where the switch is located.
Bendable neck is 20"L.
