2024 Knife blade blank meteorite 1.1 oz. Blade 3 ½ x 1 x 1/16th inches. Hidden tang style. Seymchen meteorite from 1962 in Russia. Crystal pattern forms by cool one degree per million years. Older than the planet earth. Has inclusions. Mostly high nickel iron. This blade has saw-tooth edge not smooth could be ground smooth but lose width. Meteorite blades do not hold up in heavy use, just for light cutting and display. Considered high end for knife making does not rust much has great patterning.
