Product code: 1910s Kodak 1A Pocket 2024 Bellows Camera, Optima Special Edition antique
All items are as is and cameras are untested. Great condition for 2024 being 100 years old. From a smoke and pet free home. Was in a camera collection. I'm not a camera expert, but I know great photography history when I see it. This old Kodak camera dates from the 1910s or possibly the early 1920s, and this is a Kodak 1A Pocket Series 2 camera. I don't know if it is operational, but the lenses appear good, the bellows has no holes or tears, and all the parts seem complete. The bellows slide could use lubrication, and the exterior of the case is a bit beat up, but for something almost 100 years old that was as lovingly used as this, it's in fine condition. The strap is intact and appears original. The metal id label plate has a serial or production number marked 17,878. The case measures about 8 1/8" by 3 1/4" by 1 1/2" when closed. The camera extends about 6" when open. In good condition.
