Hawthorne Village ELF DORMITORY Santa's Northe Pole Village 2006 #A0262 COA There are a couple of flaws in the item: the snow in front of the door is missing some glitter, one side has a couple of dark spots on bottom by a tree and some of the bottom edges aren't perfect. There is also some sticky residue from a label on the bottom right of the bottom panel. No box but has its original styrofoam which has some writing and sticky residue as well as damage due to storage. Tested and it works.
