Woodfired vase 2024

This vase was wheel thrown and bisque 2024 fired in my home studio then woodfired in Anagama kiln for 8 days using soft and hard wood. Naturally wood ash layered and melted became glaze. Colors and patterns are created by movement of fire and ash. Each firing is different. Each piece is one of a kind.
Water tight. Stoneware. 7.5"tall x 5.5"wide
