Designed by Ronald Stennett Wilson originally in the 1950s, each candlestick takes at least two people to make at a time. Such was the expertise involved that Wedgwood bought the original company in Kings Lynn from Ronald Stennett Wilson and kept him on as their designer until his retirement in the 1980s.
