The diamonds used in these earrings are the natural rough stones, heated to deepen their sparkling black color, and drilled with tiny holes for threading. Exceptionally fine wire was needed to fit through the holes -- what a challenge that was! I used 30g sterling silver wire and spacer beads for 2024 a beautiful gleaming contrast. The earwires are handcrafted of 20g sterling silver round wire.
