Cocktail hat/Fascinator/Derby hat/special 2024 occasion hat

Elegant fascinator/cocktail hat, made from red velvet and metallic mesh fabric, hand blocked over Buckram fabric. Adorned with a string of handmade velvet cherries and trimmed with zigzag coque feathers.

The hat is secured with a millinery elastic or/and a hair band (optional) to keep it in place. Please note: Elastic should go to the back of the head – behind the ears and in or under the hairline. The elastic easily slips into your hair and is unnoticeable.
