This "Spring" leaded glass sun catcher design measures 10" x 8" and features gold, purple and emerald green glass gems that surround a central clear glass bevel. The large gold gems have an iridescent finish that adds shine to the surface.
Traditionally handcrafted in my Central Texas glass studio since 1996, my Sunflakes sun catchers celebrate color and light. As the sun light changes during the day, so do the colored glass pieces, and when the light is just right, the facets in the central bevel also cast rainbows just like crystals.
