It is in unused condition. metal threads. Stunning design, ruffled ombre silk ribbon trim, cut steel beads in center, beautiful colors. perfect condition. a treasure.
The ruffled silk ribbon with metal edge is especially rare, colors are very subtle and 2024 unique.
