Cambuddy, the Olympus OM-1 Camera Bracket 2024

This is a custom-designed, 3D printed, 2-piece camera bracket for the Olympus OM-1 digital camera.
This bracket allows for portrait and landscape orientation and also allows for full rotation of the rear LCD monitor.
This camera bracket also allows full access to the left side ports/plugs, mounts an Allen hex-key to the bottom of the main plate and also allows for full rotation of the extended rear LCD monitor.

* Has full 2024 access to the ports and plugs on the right side of the camera.
* Has full use of landscape and portrait orientation.
* Allows full rotation of the rear LCD monitor.
* "L" bracket can be easily removed.
* Integrated Hex key.
* Allows removal of the battery without removal of the bracket.

The printed color for Glass Impregnated Nylon12 is grey.

Upon payment, the order will be submitted for printing within 2 days and 3D printing taking another 7 to 10 business days and then it will be shipped to you.

This bracket will be printed out of Glass-Impregnated Nylon 12 which is significantly stronger than normal Nylon 12 with glass-impregnated nylon having a much higher tensile strength and resistance to torsional bending.

I have been designing and using nylon for camera brackets and custom filter holders for over ten years and not one has ever failed, broken, or caused damage to my Olympus E-M1, E-M1 MIII, E-M5 MIII, or OM-1 cameras or lenses.
These brackets are VERY strong and will, with regular use, last the life of your camera.
I actually prefer nylon to standard CNC machined aluminum because it is lighter and will not scratch the camera, lenses, or filters if it comes in contact as aluminum can do.

NOTE: EVEN THOUGH THIS IS GLASS-IMPREGNATED NYLON 12 (PLASTIC IS STILL PLASTIC), I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRACKET FOR USE WITH THE LARGER 300mm AND 400mm LENSES.

I have tested and used the bracket with a 300mm lens and it worked fine with little bending or flexing but I can't recommend it. If you use these long lenses I would suggest an aluminum bracket.

Other than large lenses, this nylon camera bracket works very well and will give you many years of use.
