This is an end grain cutting board made in a plaid pattern. It uses walnut, cherry, maple and paduak hardwoods. The board is made to the size requested when purchased and it will be 1.25" thick. All dimensions have a +/- 0.25 inch tolerance. It is finished with a homemade blend of food grade mineral oil and carnauba wax. The board will come with a 4oz tin of the wax blend to keep the board looking fresh over time.

Using the cutting 2024 board wax: When your board is starting to look dried out, apply a layer of the cutting board wax with a cloth towel or paper towel. Once the board is fully covered, let it sit overnight and then the next day you can wipe off the excess with a fresh paper towel or cloth towel.
