NOTE-all wreaths and garlands are included. They aren't on the building because they were meant to be removable and were held in place by adhesive strips. There are no adhesive strips left so you will have to buy some to hang them on the building. ~some of the black circle of the clock at the front of the building was peeled away by the garland (covered up when the garland is on), photo 9 ~tiny chip at base at front of building, right side, photo 10 ~there is a patch of adhesive above the door at the right side of the building, photo (covered 2024 when garland is on), photo 11 ~patch of adhesive above door at front of building (covered when garland is on), photo 12 ~sleeve is in fair condition with small tears, bent areas and one seem is partially coming apart, photo 1.
