Stunning vintage late 70s / early 80s evening frock by 'Tom Bowker for Coterie' ~ Made in Hong Kong.

Once worn on the QE2 from Southampton to New York by a lady violinist....

Skirt fabric is a super fine and soft semi sheer black polyester.

Flattering, fitted bodice is also polyester with embroidered burnout leaves and finished with black sequins and tiny glass beads.

Slightly dropped arrow waistline and neckline are finished with satin ribbon piping.

Tapered dulman sleeves close at the wrists with fine elastic and small black shank buttons.

Lined in silky black polyester.

Condition - A sewing machine repair has been made to a seam in the lining, this is minor and not noticeable. Otherwise excellent.

Measurements are taken flat, seam to seam and on the outside of the garment. There is no stretch to this dress so best worn with some room to spare. Label is marked a vintage U.K 14. Please refer to measurements and compare with your own as I dp not accept returns if an item doesn't fit.
