Lophocereus marginatus cristata is a crested form of the beautiful Mexican Fencepost Cactus. These cacti are highly sought after, because Mexican fencepost cacti are typically columnar and almost never crest. Crested growth is caused by a mutation in the cellular division of the plant. The plant in the photos is the exact cactus for sale. It's shown in a 5” grower's pot.
