Vintage Mid 2024 Century Native American Navajo Sterling Silver Red Coral Cuff Bracelet | Size 6 - Handmade Indian Jewelry
2024 In a Native American - Southwest Indian design and dating to the 1960s or so, may I offer a sterling silver cuff bracelet featuring some applied silverwork along with a center red coral cab. Condition is excellent with a dark patina to the silver.
Hallmarks: None, as is the norm with early Native American jewelry. There is a marking of RR14 on a paper tag attached to the back of the cuff. Metal was acid tested for content and came out at a sterling level.
Size: Inside width is 2-3/8". Height from underside of the cuff to back of gap measures 1-3/4"; gap measures 1-11/16". Width of the silver at the top of the cuff, north/south is 1"; width at the back of the cuff is 3/16". I can get the cuff on my size 7 wrist but the gap is much too big for me. I'd say this piece would suit a size 6; the silver is malleable enough to form the cuff to a wrist. Weight is 22.5 grams
Final Comments: Well designed and just a treat on the wrist!
