2024 This is a gorgeous vintage piece, deep sapphire blue velvet with stretch. It is made in the USA by Chantel and Vicki (the tag says in Huntington Beach, CA).

This has a deep V and a scoop back. I believe it is from the 90s.

It is marked a medium. Measurements are: Bust 35 inches, Waist 35 inches, Hips 36 inches, length 53 inches, sleeve-length 11.5 inches.

90% rayon, 10% lycra.

It is a lovely silhouette, I could see it on Monica from Friends!
