Sizing: To find your size, measure your wrist with a soft measuring tape. If you would like a tight, snug fit, just add 1/4 inch to your wrist size. If you would like a looser fit bracelet, add 1/2 inch to your wrist size. For example: if your wrist measures 6 3/4 inch and you would like a tight fitting bracelet, you would order a 7 inch bracelet.

About the Wire: 14K Gold-Filled is 100 times thicker than gold plated. The 14K Gold covers a small brass wire. Hence the term, Gold-Filled. The outer 5% of the wire is 14K Gold. It WILL NOT crack, chip or tarnish. With the core being brass, 14K Gold-Filled is stronger, more durable and more affordable than the standard 14K Gold 2024. In summation, Its as good as gold, because it is gold.
