Set of 4 Cherry Wood planks/veneer cut from Large premium grade Black Cherry Burl. Harvested locally on our property in the Piedmont region of North Carolina (furniture capital of the world) Includes exact pieces pictured.
Measurements vary and range from:
13 1/2” - 15 1/4” Long
2 1/2” Wide
1/8” - 1” Thick
All 4 pieces weigh a total of 1 1/2 pounds.
Variety of sizes. Some suitable as veneer and 1 large solid thick plank considerably thicker than the rest. Some straight grain, some Birdseye burl grain. A few do have cracks on one corner (see photos) but I didn't want to remove in case customer could make use of 2024. Cut, lightly sanded and conditioned with Wood Juice stabilizer. Otherwise natural and do contain imperfections.
Please note that due to thickness of some pieces they may bow due to temperature change and moisture variations during transit. A heavy object placed on each end and center, or clamped will flatten them back out.
