Vintage 70s 2024 60s 80s Mini Dress Shirt Button Up Toile du Jour Equestrian Horse Novely Print Extra Small

I love this little shirt dress! Age-wise it's kind of a mystery because it was custom made. The shape of it makes me think of a 50's dress for a kid, or a mini dress from the 70's. The print is kinda 80's though, and looks a lot like something a Liz Claiborne shirt would be made of. Material feels like cotton or a cotton poplin blend. Please note that this dress is pretty small with no stretch at all. No flaws except from two faint 2024 tiny stains, see pics.
