This is an unused, in original box, Pyrex Homestead covered casserole dish, 2 1/2 Qts. It has a brown speckled lid and the dish is brown speckled with a swirled floral dark blue folk art design on both sides.
It's marked 945-48.

'The success of the Pfaltzgraff pattern evocative of hand-painted folk art prompted Corning to create the Homestead design. Corning also suggested Homestead would coordinate nicely with the Old Town Blue 9Onion) pattern. Designed by Estelle Rothstein in 1976, Homestead was among one of several patterns released in response to the growing interest in country living.'
