Birds and Flowers Pyrography, Wood burning, Painting 2024 on Birch wood Panel

This is an original 9.5x6'' pyrography (wood burning) piece on birch wood panel. The frame is hand built, and made of cedar, cut from trees from family property in Northern Michigan.

In this piece I included the gladiolus, which is a symbol for strength and integrity, as well as the cycle of our moon representing, the need to flow and honor the natural evolution of life. The birds are Blue Jays, all of these symbols are arranged in the sacred pattern of the Flower of Life. This piece has been varnished to protect the image from sunlight, dust, ect. It has also been wired and is ready to hang. 2024
